The registration starts from 12 May 2009 for the general public. There is no charge for using materials within the library. However, to borrow media one needs the membership of the Library. For registration one has to submit the duly filled registration form and provide valid proof of address (e.g. driving licence, voter ID, passport etc.) The registration form is also available online. The annual membership fee is 700 INR per year.
