Culture Shoq (noun): To have a keen interest or to be very interested in the arts and other manifestations of human intellectual achievement regarded collectively.

Beginning with a passion to curate, create, promote and execute India's contemporary,indie-urban art and culture experience. We've been instrumental in initiating some of the most successful art and culture gatherings across India in recent times. With Culture Shoq, we intend on taking the experience one step further.

Culture Shoq on the Big Mic will continue pushing new talent in the fields of arts and culture with a focus on poetry, comedy, theater, music and cinema.

Culture Shoq with the Hive will continue to look for and provide spaces for talented and like minded individuals to come together and collaborate under a single roof. This includes workshops, sit downs, tweet ups,discussions, meetings, play readings, alternative education meets and anything that fosters exchange of ideas, harnesses and elevates creativity.

With our sights firmly focused on the arts and culture scene in the subcontinent, Culture Shoq hopes to grow organically to be the definitive voice on all things arts and culture.
